Well… I grew up in Australia and Dad always would take me to the Wallaby versus the All Blacks matches in Sydney. Dad would teach me to not like the Kiwis as much, and clearly I understood why. They were an amazing team. They days of Sean Fitzpatrick, John Kirwan, Timu, Howarth, Bunce and of course Zinzan Brooke.

We would watched as those mighty Kiwi’s would deliberately destroy the Aussies, time and time again. Dad grew an anger, a disappointment against the Wallabies, but most of all, he wanted the All Blacks to not be as good.

This was of course until after one game, Sean Fitzpatrick gave me his boots. Dad let me wait for the All Blacks after one game and Fitzpatrick gave me his boots. Dad couldnt believe it. He was the best bloke.

Today I still watch the All Blacks with absolute adoration and I encourage all Aussies to do the same. lets hope the might, mighty All Blacks led by none other than Richie McCaw can get up and win their 2nd world cup at home in 2011.

Go the All Blacks, do it for New Zealand!
